HOW YOU PREP THAT KIT THO?? (CHILI GOMA)
You will need 2 pots (1 empty, one boiling water enough to cover noodles)
1.Add the broth to the pot and start warming it up. Its a tonkotsu base so its not unusual for the broth to harden. It will look normal once heated. Add in the Chili Goma soup base. MIX LIKE CRAZY with a whisk. It might separate, but mix and it will be chill. Also, the kits are measured out for two bowls, but we suggest not putting in all the base at once. Put 90% then adjust flavours to your liking.)
2.Warm up the Chili goma meat in the microwave or your preferred heating method. (Take out the green onion)
3.Once the soup is hot (don’t over boil because it will reduce and get salty), gently break apart the noodles and drop them into the boiling water.
4.Set noodle timer for 1:40-1:50 and test the noodles. They should be al dente. DONT OVER COOK THE NOODLES!
5.Strain the noodles well and then transfer to the bowls. Add in the soup.
6.Add chili goma meat on top, and then the green onions. 7.Finish with chili oil.
8.Free free to add whatever else you want like eggs, other meats, other veggies.

FOLLOW THE SAME INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE KARA MISO RAMEN KIT. You can heat up the Char siu if you like before topping. The egg can just be cut in half and placed in the finished bowl.
